I've just stumbled upon this line, and I can understand what it means, but I still need to ask a grammar question. Is 逢うては a conditional form in ancient Japanese (or maybe a literary form)? I'm pretty sure it means the same as 逢えば, but I think it's better to ask to make sure if I'm correct.

Correct. It is the literary conditional form.

逢うては　＝　もし逢ったら

Note: Be careful with the pronunciation.

逢（お）うては　＝　もし逢（あ）ったら

1. The verb is 迫 （せま）る, not 追 （お）う. It means that an event or certain date is approaching.

2. They are talking about how excited they are about the 学園祭.

3. It means "feeling down, depressed, downhearted, etc."

4. It means a curly-shaped noodle. It is funny she is calling ramen パスタ. From that line alone, I can tell she is not from a normal, middle-class family.

5. It is 凝 （こ）る meaning being elaborate, being particular about something.

6. It means a present (from a fan or patron).

Is the former just used when addressing your landlord or is there some other difference?

地主 is the landowner. 大家 is the owner of a rented house/apartment. If you rent a house/apartment in Japan, these are often the same person but sometimes they actually are two different parties.

Take me for example, I rent a condominium. My 大家 is the guy I pay my monthly rent to. He legally owns the unit that I live in. As to the 地主 of the land that my building stands on, it is a corporation.

地主 is a much heavier word than 大家; therefore, in case your 地主 and 大家 are the same person, you call him 大家さん 100% of the time.

Can you be so kind as to help me translate the words in this picture?

I numbered and lettered them so it could be easier to answer. As opposed to, that round concave shape on the bottom right corner.

Also, to make it even easier, I typed all the numbers and letters for you to copy and paste. (Although, it might not even pose as helpful. Not for me anyway.)

Any help will be greatly appreciated, because I, sadly, do not study Japanese. I know some of the shapes in the image are simple enough to guess what it is, for example the head shape or the leg, and arm. I just want to make sure I do not miss ANYTHING the image has to offer.
