I worked it out to be:
"Volume 36 is available in August, and the final volume, 37 will be available in February."

What's really throwing me off is the 10 ... does this then mean volume 10 of 37 will be available in February? But this then doesn't make sense because volume 36 is in August.

Makes perfect sense.

Volume 36 > will be in the stores in August.

Volume 37 (final volume) > will be in the stores in October.
