Wedding Materials would be the closest available fit, I think. Paraphernalia, and accoutrements might work - but they aren't part of daily use English. Equipage is obsolete.
Strewth - even I would have known how to put 結婚物 together... And what I know of Japanese could be written in 20 point type on the head of a pin. A gentleman is someone who never insults another by mistake. |

I think they handled it well and was even nice enough to try to help them after that. I don't know if it is a English problem or a troll. All of this person's posts sound strange.

I don't think the person was using it that way... probably doesn't even know what it means.
