Wedding Materials would be the closest available fit, I think. Paraphernalia, and accoutrements might work - but they aren't part of daily use English. Equipage is obsolete.

Strewth - even I would have known how to put 結婚物 together... And what I know of Japanese could be written in 20 point type on the head of a pin.

Oh please... This Kanji is Japanese 101. But you'd still have to be familiar with the word if you could write it upon hearing it.
