I'd check your translation into English before you start the translation into Japanese.
"Makes you dream come true" is not complete English. It does not sound right. Anyone who translates this into Japanese might be giving you a sentence that isn't what you wanted in your own language. I have a tattoo on my upper arm. I had a social life in Japan. Hell, it was a conversation piece/starter on occassion. Hell, I was even told of a few onsens that do accept people with tattoos. This idea of 'TATTOO = BAD' is not the viewpoint of the younger generations. They are slowly becoming more socially acceptable.
