Help with japanese registration form

I would very much appreciate your help with something.

I am trying to register an account on a japanese website, and I have translated piece by piece as I go on.

Under where I insert my name, it says,

ふりがな
（全角文字） 姓 名
例：やまだ
例：たろう

And this I dont understand. As I am not from Japan, my phonenumber was not accepted, nor was this field of entry. I then changed my number to 03 first, and then everything was accepted but still not this point.

I have entered my name in kana, and english everything I can think of. What am I supposed to write?

It's asking for full-width furigana for your sur- and given names. Are you using half-width by accident?
