Yeah, but is the guy random or is it a friend from high school/college? I wouldn't care if a guy friend was going to fly into the very touristy area we live in and drop by to visit her.

The "I luv u" stuff is worrisome. The visiting the paradise-that-is-Sydney is not.

Are you seriously suggesting a woman cannot have male friends if she's not single?

I don't think its worrisome at all.
It's more like a girl having some fun with a gullible guy.

She isn't saying "I bet you would like Sydney, you should come some time," she is saying she can't wait until next summer to see him, so he should come to Sydney.

I seriously said nothing remotely similar to that statement.

So you wouldn't mind if your girlfriend is inviting guys to come visit and making plans to meet them when she goes back to her home country for the summer?

Well the chances of her actually going to meet this guy is so highly unlikely. Especially if she has a bunch of other male friends on facebook.
For all we know she could say that to everyone, just to get a bit of attention.
But yes, it would bother me. Although, I'd never date a girl like that in the first place. Girl's that want attention like that really aren't meant to be in relationships.

I think you hit the nail on the head right there.

The real question is whether or not it bothers the OP. I would be bothered if my girlfriend was saying "I love you" to some random guy that I've never met, because I don't regard that as flirting at all. Even if it was flirting, I don't want my girl flirting with other guys anyways.

She isn`t the one dropping love into the conversation though. He mentions it twice, but she doesn`t at all.
To me, it reads like she is laughing at him and just playing around. Especially with the ふり talk and the かわいいねーw bit.

Whenever it seems to get too iffy, she cuts off the conversation from what I can tell...

If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.
