noooo he's so gentle and very educated... !!
Anyway... I have still a problem... hours and hours... but still i don't know how to translate... I mean, seams a short and easy thing.. but still I could mean 3 things contemporaneally and I don't know which translations to decide... the phrase is: 王子たるもの部屋着はバスローブ(王宮にいる時) A person like a prince (should wear) a bathrobe at home (when he's in the the Royal Palace) もしくはadidasです either that it's adidas or it's adidas otherwise it's adidas... in all 3 translations... still it don't make sense to me! ;__; it could have sense if he said "all prince should wear the bathrobe in home or (even) an adidas (as if it's the 'same thing') but why "otherwise it's adidas"?? What sense have this? |

I know that it don't have an hidden meaning... I just did not figure out what it could mean with "otherwise or either" it's adidas...
もしくはadidasです The problem that confused me was that "です" A person like a prince (should) wear either a bathrobe or it's adidas.. x°°D |

You're driving me crazy, munzy! Send me some tiramisu right now so I could clam down!
Look at this ---> 王子たるもの部屋着はバスローブ(王宮にいる時 It doesn't have a verb! That's why he puts one (です) in the following phrase, which is もしくはadidasです. 王子たるもの部屋着はバスローブ(王宮にいる時), もしくはadidasです. <-- Now you have a sentence. Its subject is 部屋着. He's saying "部屋着 is either A or B." |

Hello again...
I'm trying today to translate this hard phrase to translate... (maybe almost I got the meaning... but still I'm unsure and I need to ask to someone): そんな中昨日の夜にサイトのメッセージを更新しました meanwhile I updated the site's message yesterday night 気付く人だけ気付けばいいかなと思ったけど but I thought if it should be good if I let notice just to people who become aware? ?? その時の考えの なまもの だと思ったので because I thought at that times that if it was the case of thinking something perishables ?? ?? |

"last night" 気付く人だけ気付けばいいかなと思ったけど but I thought if it should be good if I let notice just to people who become aware? Well, looks like this got you confused. "I thought it would be good enough if only those who noticed it noticed it." In other words, he didn't want to explain things to those who didn't notice it. その時の考えの なまもの だと思ったので because I thought at that times that if it was the case of thinking something perishables ?? This makes almost no sense. Please provide the context. What are those two spacings? |
