Looking for an old friend!! - 01-08-2010, 12:11 AM

hi, i need a little help from some japanese people, especially those from Osaka.
My father is loocking for an old friend of him, he got only an envelop with adress in japanese and another one in latin, the letter is dated in 1979 december, now my father want to find his friend Toshinori Ono, and i want your help.
Here is the scans of the two addresses i have.

I don't know if they are the same(i don't know Japanese), and i don't think so because the numbers don't match.
I did a research on my friend google and i found out that Izumisano is the name of a city in the prefecture of Osaka, so he was living there.
I looked for the word hagurazaki in Google and Google map and i found many results, it's the name of a train station or a branch of some company called "Kiyo financial group"(www.kyfg.com)?!! what is it exactly??
I don't know what the extensions "-cho" and "-shi" mean?
and the numbers in the two scans "4-2-45", "598", "2945" what do they mean?
Can some one please write "Toshinori Ono" in Japanese?
can some one please write the second address in Latin letters?
*Additional questions:
- does anyone know someone called Toshinori Ono?
- Can anyone find Toshinori for me, this would be great?
So,thanks for the time provided.
And Sorry for the inconvenience and grammar mistakes (in case there are any).

They match completely.

Why are you being so precautious? You don't need to know what every part of someone's address means in order to send mail.

They are the same address, but the one in English is missing the postal code 598.
