What does "でお考え頂ければと思います" mean?

I am trying to understand the sentence "こちらの進め方でお考え頂ければと思います。"

Ah, thank you, it was very helpful. I was confused as to if they would consider or they were asking us to consider... so I suppose the translated phrase would be "We would appreciate it if you can think about it according to our method"...?

I wouldn't say "our method" from that context alone just yet. It says "this method".

More importantly, it's imperative that someone trying to understand the 頂ければと思います form know that a word like "good" or "happy" is hidden right in front of と思います. This is why the phrase so often confuses non-Japanese speakers.

I'm confused again. Who is "happy"? They are happy to ask us to consider this method? 複雑すぎる。

No. The speaker side is happy. "We would be happy if you could consider doing this and that."

It's omitted because it sounds too direct in our culture. You don't want to sound like you're saying "That's great, man. That way, we can make the biggest profit! "
