Can it be translated as:

That's because the entire production side turns up, right?

Here's a hint to get you started again: やってくれる is basically "to do [for me or my in-group]."
来る does not appear anywhere in that sentence.

So, can I translate it as:

You've done it for the entire production. ???

Before this sentence, the speaker says that that person is very good at taking the lead and giving productive ideas. So would "You've contributed to all elements of production", be good? XD

Now think about the next thing: tense. Do you see past tense anywhere in the original Japanese? Do you see it in your translation?

I don't see it in the Japanese sentence but I do (for some reason) see it my translation.

So:

Assuming you have translated 演出面 correctly (I am unfamiliar with the word, but I know 演出 so I think you're right), then I think you're right.

Translation is something you've got to be meticulous with! I'm not perfect, either, so I hope I don't come across as patronizing.

And I guess maybe if Sashimister drops in on this thread again, he can say whether the translation is correct now.

Edit: Well, there is the からね at the end that suggest a sort of explanation. Maybe "[because] you contribute to all elements of the production"?

I've only been studying Japanese for one year so I have A LOT to learn and I now see how a simple mistake in the translation can change the entire meaning of the sentence!

I will keep doing my best and asking for help when I need it! ^.^

"(Someone) is taking care of all that has to do with the direction (for us)."

から or からね in spoken Japanese usually has no significant meaning. If I had to translate it to something, I would just add a casual "so" at the end of the sentence. "~~~~~~~~, so...."
