Japanese Pumps - Need a translator? - 09-21-2010, 03:21 PM

Hi my name is Trent Greenawalt,

I work for an Industrial Pump Distribution company in Brookfield, Wi (USA). We were sent (2) pumps with unidentifiable labels on them from anyone in the company. I have attached the pictures of the labels I presume are written in Japanese, since the pump says "Made in Japan".

If one of you could translate this for me, we would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
Trent Greenawalt

the top pic;
warning
Before you activate this pump, you completely let air out or use a function which let water in and then this must be filled with water.

Second one has too many technical term, so I cannot translate it, sorry.
but it shows its spec.

Thanks for the help, are their any model numbers, or name of a company perhaps? The technical specs aren't as important as finding out what type, model, and brand name it is.

Thanks,

Trent Greenawalt

I was thinking the exact same thing about you, MMM, as I saw the answers in this thread.

We were able to find the parts for these pumps and get them fixed for the customer. Thanks again for your help guys. To those of you wanting to charge for "translation", I value your knowledge and can appreciate trying to earn some extra money, but freedom of speech is one of our god given rights. These discussion boards are put up here to help others, not to give you access to charge people to make simple translations.

To those of you that helped for "free", thanks again. Pay it forward...

I was joking, Trent. No one here has ever charged anyone on the boards for translation.
