兄弟愛
From the Wikipedia-Japanese article on Philadelphia ("City of Brotherly Love"), "brotherly love" is 兄弟愛.

A. If ricco is a man who lost his brother, 兄弟愛 is perfectly fit.

B. If ricco is a woman who lost her younger-brother, 姉弟愛(していあい) is the alternative. 兄弟愛 can still work in this context. But I suggest 姉弟愛 as the design of tattoo art.

C. If ricco is a woman who lost her elder-brother, 兄妹愛(けいまいあい) might be the alternative, though it is not so common word. 兄弟愛 can still work in this context. I don't suggest both of which as the design of tattoo art in the context.
Because if you choose 兄弟, it is odd, because you are a woman.
And because if you choose 兄妹, it is less common word, which might seem odd.

Anyway, if ricco is a woman who will meet some guy and fall in love with him in the future, she had better not make the tattoo, I think.
