signature reading -

During a trip to Japan when I was a child, one of my uncles gave me part of a manga from the 80s or 90s which recently I found again. I'm trying to hunt down the rest of it, but woefully I'm not skilled enough to decipher the artist's signature accurately. I'd be grateful for any interpretation.

@KyleGoetz
I think 良 is definitely correct, but I'm not sure about the rest. I'm assuming it's a pen name that involves some sort of word play. I also realized it's not a manga, but small collection of single panel comics like would appear in a newspaper. @RadioKid Haha, no, nothing like those. The character style is like in うる星やつら . The reading you suggested made me think it might contain a transliteration, though. |

Perhaps not to small, but definitely not clear enough. The resolution is too low and the lines are too chunky to read it. Cursive script is tricky, so you'll need to produce better quality pictures for us to be able to decipher it.
Also, cursive script's right hand side of the character 良 looks differently, so i doubt this is it. |
