Hehehe,
It's not Dragon Quest. It's a Sega Genesis game called "Lord Monarch" and I am working on translating it and would like to understand what they are saying in the game, hehehehe. And here is the picture that include the text of which you think it's a sound effect.... Boom, look at the face of the man..
