そ～ですね～、パソコンやケータイで入力するのではな く手紙や葉書に手書きする場合にも、丁寧に書く場合だ ったら、私は結構漢字で「有難うございます/ました」って書いているような気がします。で、友達に 軽く書くときには、平仮名で「ありがとう」と書くこと が多いように思います。

Currently I'm reading some very basic manga in hopes of improving my Japanese proficiency. I've come across this phrase:

お店もか！？

I understand that "店" is "shop", and I'm not sure if "も" is being used as "also" in this case. I haven't really been able to figure out what is being said.

Context needed. What was said before someone said 「お店もか！？」?
