A friend of mine is trying to get a car from a Japanese auction and needs help with translating a small bit of text which appears on the auction sheet.

If anyone can translate this, I'd really appreciate it

室内耗汚れ: Inside worn and unclean.
ド7内弘侮小: Something about the door but makes no sense the way you copied this. Check the original.

OK, it says ドア内張傷小, meaning "Mild wear and tear on the inside of a door".
