Could someone translate this call for me? -

PHS, IP phone 03-6733-0800 some cases
I bought a Sony PS Vita while in Japan last week but on the flight home it stopped working. I know some Japanese, but not enough to navigate to a person. Could someone tell me the jist of what the lady is saying when you first dial in?
