Days of the week:
getsuyoubi ~ Monday kayoubi ~ Tuesday suiyoubi ~ Wednesday mokuyoubi ~ Thursday kinyoubi ~ Friday doyoubi ~ Saturday nichiyoubi ~ Sunday Months of the year: ichigatsu ~ January nigatsu ~ February sangatsu ~ March shigatsu ~ April gogatsu ~ May rokugatsu ~ June shichigatsu ~ July hachigatsu ~ August kugatsu ~ September juugatsu ~ October juuichigatsu ~ November juunigatsu ~ December Basically, the months of the year are the Japanese number system + gatsu. The months April and July you have to watch out for. Instead of yon (4), you use shi (4) for April, and instead of nana (7), you use shichi (7) for July. By the way, great thread Kuroneko! |
