I know some romaji already. No characters though... ;_; I'd love to be taught Japanese, and I'd better your English too, if need be! ^_^ Please email me!

Yea, I'm working with it. ^.^ I just heard that it's easier to learn words in romaji and then learn hiragana and katakana so that it's easier to translate over. O.o

And it seems so hard to actually put the sentences together and say them, but I can understand a lot of spoken Japanese perfectly. ;_;

Beginner or not, at least you're learning from a teacher! ^_^ And the only things I'm having trouble with is sentence construction. I know sentences that are already constructed like Watashi wa .... and you know all that, and like how to say my age and what the weathers like, but I can't construct my own sentences.

Like if I wanted to say, "It's so dark that I can't see." I wouldn't be able to do that....

i get confused too so ya
so you find the japanese word for "dark" and "see" then you turn it into a negativ-i dnt knw how to explain....T_T
