Okay, so my friend and I are trying to learn Japanese, but it isn't working well...

can someone please help me or give me sites where it'll make it interesting?

Go to the Japanese Language Resources section, you'll be able to find a lot of resources to start from^^ I suggest you start by learning hiragana, it'll be easier to read post here and to learn with the web sites. As my sensei once said,
