haha, thats just your twisted imagination!!! Why would they give him medical attention so that they kill him? And you should watch it again... he was trying to fight the americans, one of them hit him on the back of his head.. and the last time you see him is in a stretcher being put down next to all the other injured americans!!!

Aha! That is what they want you to think! And obviously he was put there so that they would have something to eat in their way back to the US. Over 200 Japanese were captured after losing the Iwo Jima battle, what do you think the Americans did to them? Take them to Washington and honor them with a dance?

everything is relative and contradictory ~

lol damn, I don't have a smart reply for that... umm my theories are ALWAYS proved correct

Anyways, another sad movie... Philadelphia , which someone mentioned before.

[I still can't get Wilson out of my mind... =(] And now, dear Noodle, let's stay away from this thread... for good xD

Cool the most tragic movie/anime - 12-13-2007, 03:14 AM

the grave of the fireflies thats the straw that broke the camels back at least for me in terms of tragic films even though thats only an anime, but the msg and the way of the producer showing it was amazing..

Mou ichido umarekawatte mo
Mata futari deaitai to omou
Mainichi ga kuru tabi ni kitto
Sono omoi wa fuete iku deshou

Even if we were to be reborn once more,
I think that we'd want to meet each other again
Everyday, Whenever you come, I'm sure
that your feelings will probably increase

Saddest Movie: Moonchild. I had never cried so hard to a movie before. And yet, I love that movie.

Saddest Series: Smallville. Yes, smallville. I am still in the process of catching up to where it's at now on tv, but I cry almost every other episode. Very good show.

I'm small, cute, and have really big eyes...please don't hurt me!
