Worst I dunno but the best for me is "Tricky Brains" (HK)with Stephen chow (the best) in Japan maybe The Returner or Godzilla lol

The best Japanese movie I ever saw was Seven Samurai and that probably will never change.
I didn't like Tetsuo: The Iron Man...and I don't really understand why people do.

I have three favorites. The first is The Seven Samurai, which is regarded as pretty much the greatest Japanese film of all time (directed by the legendary Akira Kurosawa). The second is Ikiru, the one movie that almost had me in tears by the end (also directed by Kurosawa). The third is Harakiri, which is just all-around amazing.
All these movies are old (late 1940s/1950s) but they are some of the best movies I've ever seen. I'd recommend them to anyone. Don't really have a "worst" yet.
