The release date has been pushed back to 2010.

This is what Josh Hartnett said about Gackt and other Japanese guy acting with him in the movie: "Are these two (Gackt and Kimura) really musicians? From seeing these two work together, I thought they had great (acting) talent. I think it's interesting in how they worked hard together and were diligent in their work. Oh, I forgot to thank you for posting that image, Annielicious! Great find!
 I have read on a few sites that the movie is set to be released in Turkey on June 18, 2010. That's the only release I can find so far. Here are some more pics from backstage. This first pic is supposed to have Gackt in it somewhere. Is he the one with the camoflauge pants, sunglasses, and black hair? I can't quite tell at this distance . . . Quote:

I was upset to learn that it was pushed back but hopefully that just means it will be an even better movie. I'm excited to see Gackt in something else. I like his acting

The claim is that it was pushed back because this year is Gackt's 10th anniversary as a solo artist, but that doesn't make sense to me. This movie should help promote him, and what better way to celebrate such an even than to have a movie released with you in it?
Also, I think the movie got bought by another company or something. That may have something to do with it. I still haven't gotten to see Gackt act except in Verte~Aile . . . Quote:
