I never really cared, as it doesn't make any difference to the storyline.

i think that they dont show her in the beggining so we dont know if shes still alive or not but to be honest it wouldnt make any difference if she was dead. she had a good role in the first one but there wasnt really any point in putting her in this one. its a real shame that the guy who made the first one died because otherwise the second one would of been so much better! i think it was his son who made this one and hes obviously not as twisted he hee but its still good.

BR 2 was awesome, total action packed.. but i was a bit confused too.. i expected Noriko to be there with Nanahara, she played a big role in the first movie.. now on BR2 you see her for 30 seconds
