totally agree The korean girl's acting is kinda over the top. That's why you can't feel the emotion. Inoue Mao is great And about the F4...t's not just about the looks, actually. It's about the acting. And no matter how bad you look, as long as you act and portray your part well, you're gonna get audiences to watch the show.

I've seen all three. and I can't choose, all three have their redeeming qualities and let downs.
But purely based on what was the most influential series for ME the japanese version hands down, because i was at that age where I was most interested in romance and all that candyflossed covered stuff. The Taiwanese version was too old for me. and the concept, though its the same in every drama, in the korean version was too young for me. =) But in terms of acting, sticking the the plot, they're all amazing, in their own right. I haven't watched the whole Korean version, but I'm sure I'll go for the Japanese, it's my absolutely favourite drama. Inoue Mao is such a good actress and Matsumoto Jun, well, he fits the role perfectly
I can't say with words how much Hana Yori Dango means to me, it's just a perfect drama ~ SWEDEN |

I haven't seen any of the versions, but I'll probably end up going with the Japanese version, as Oguri Shun is in it.
