I watched this show when i was a kid, it was a great show but i watched the arabic dubbed version of it. But only that day when i got intersted in japan, i came to Know that it a japanese show lol.

Aaaah I love it! Makes me laugh my head off
 But the funniest thing is the commentators, they just take the piss out of everyone and everything, indredibly fun! The best thing is when they have to go though the doors... lol and the mushroom trip! And when they're dressed in hand-shaped costumes xDDDD and have to pounce on the floor whenever they see the right number xDDD Ah I love it. Watch that: YouTube - Takeshi's castle greatest wipeouts! LMFAO! Minute 0.58, could it be anymore pathetic??!! And 2.39! WTF! xDDDD everything is relative and contradictory ~

yea it was an awesome show like. ihad to study itin school would you beleive! i was like "yeeaaaahhh exelent" n everyone else was like "what on earth is this???" its still on over in the UK sometimes
