I just call him Miy. which is also how I shorten the name I go by sometimes (Miyuki).

I am so impatient to get my Diru CD and stuff that comes with it. Allen tells me I should get it like the day after, since I pre-ordered it.

I also can't wait for the concert. I'm wearing the shirt that comes with the CD, to the concert!!

I downloaded 'Uroboros' just 30 minutes ago from a site I mainly use. And I had doubts when I opened the songs in iTunes, I was dreading another 'Marrow of a Bone' which I truly disliked.

I read interviews with Diru, and I truly hoped that it's how Kaoru said it would be. Less like 'Marrow of a Bone', and more of the older ones, with more experimentations.

Here's a quick review of their songs;

Sa Bir: A great opening to the album, it truly creates a dark atmosphere for the album.

Vinushka: I was shocked at the difference from this song to the ones in 'TMoaB'. It's hard to describe. It's not metal... nor is it anything like I've heard before. Really is amazing.

Red Soil: I love Kyo's singing in this song. The guitar parts of the song is absolutely amazing. I'm in love at how melodic they've made it, yet managed to keep it dark.

慟哭と去りぬ: Here is one of the songs where the album starts to lean towards a more heavier set, much like 'TMoaB', and Kyo starts screaming again. But it's not his old screaming, it 's more softer. And it goes well.

蜷局: Another song that is beautifully put together. I truly enjoy'd to the ends. Kyo's singing mixed in with parts that go from heavy to light, always sounding melodic throughout the song.

Glass skin: I'm sure many people have listened to this song already. IT's one of my favorite songs.

Stuck man: This song reminds me of 'Disabled Complexes' and 'Rotting Root' from 'TMoaB'.

冷血なりせば: This is another heavier song of the album, much like the ones in 'TMoaB', although, most of Kyo's screaming is pushed into the background of the music. It's not that prominent as in the other songs.

我、闇とて･･･: A melodically composed song. I can't help but think the guitars sound different. I think they might actually be a mix of the Mandolin and steel/classical guitars.

Bugaboo: Another heavy song, much like 'Agitated Screams of Maggots', although it seems to have lost the "blunt" edge like it had in 'ASoM', but instead most of the verses are more softer, which creates a great contrast!

凱歌、沈黙が眠る頃: Another heavy song like '冷血なりせば', but again, most of Kyo's screams have been pushed back ,so they sound more quiet, and make more emphasis on the actual music. There are parts where Kyo's amazing singing shines in this songs. No doubt you'll hear it when you listen to it.

Dozing Green: You all know this song no doubt.

Inconvenient Ideal: They finish the album off with a more acoustic song, which went extremely well with Kyo's singing. To add, Kyo's performance in this song is truly amazing, I can tell he put alot of work into his singing in this song. I have to say, this is one of my favorite songs of the album.

To add onto this, you have the Japanese versions of 'Glass Skin' and 'Dozing Green' after this.

I have to say, Dir en Grey have definitely redeemed themselves in my eyes, and I shall be buying this album for definite.
