I saw a report on a friends-locked livejournal, and I've no permission to repost it here, but it was devastatingly sad. The whole rest of Versailles were there, in suits, and they looked awful. His family was there, his new-half friend was there (you've seen her on his blog, he used to call her his sister), and there was an exhibition of his costumes and nails. Not a happy occasion."

There was a large picture of Jasmine at the end of the hall, with flowers and candles set out. We were given white bud roses by staff. Then, singly or in groups, fans placed the flowers in front of the picture. There was a certain way to do it, bowing at the right time, placing the flower just so. After that, fans turned to bow to a man I didn't recognize, the band, and one of the roadies. As we left the hall, we were given an envelope and directed upstairs to a room, where some of Jasmine's costumes, equipment, and accessories were on display.

No one said anything. It was very quiet in the hall, except for sniffling. Many fans were crying. I think that's okay. Kamijo, Hizaki, and Yuki wrote blog entries afterwards, and they understood and appreciated that the tears were because so many people loved Jasmine.

This was quite short, sorry. I don't really want to write about it in detail."

Um, I actually said that maybe three or four posts ago(it's the last post on the previous page).

On the fourth of January, Versailles will have a memorial ceremony for Jasmine You at SHIBUYA O-EAST. They will be performing along with Kaya and Matenrou Opera. Doors open at 5:00 pm, and the performance(s) will begin at 6:00 pm. The cost for advance tickets will be 4,000 yen; tickets at the door on the day of the event will be 4500 yen.

In about two hours, Tainted Reality will be airing their interview with Versailles, in which Versailles will discuss V-ROCK FESTIVAL '09, their upcoming album, and for the first time in American media, the passing of Jasmine You. If anybody is interested, as I mentioned before, it's going to be in about two hours at taintedreality.net.

This news is not that new, but it seems as if nobody cared enough to write about it elsewhere, so for those who don't already know, Versailles has an album coming out on 1/20/10. It's called JUBILEE, and the limited edition includes a DVD with the ASCENDEAD MASTER PV, and according to CDJapan, it will also have another PV, a making of, and possibly a deluxe booklet.

Also, Versailles will be touring Japan starting on 2/28 and ending on 4/4. This particular tour is called "Method of Inheritance"-APOSTLES-. After that tour, there will be two shows, one in Osaka on 4/18, and the other in Tokyo on 4/30. These two shows are called "Method of Inheritance"-JUBILEE-.
Advance tickets for both shows cost 4500.

Versailles have stated that one of those will be a world tour, but the only things up at their site at the moment are those shows. I'll keep everybody posted about the "world tour" stuff, unless somebody finds out and posts about it first. Seriously, people, please pay attention to these guys! It seems as if people have forgotten about them. :'(
