Slipknot percussionist Chris Fehn believes that the Iowan band have the potential to be bigger than Metallica.

“I think we’re going to overtake them,” Fehn told Kansas City Star. “We haven’t even made our Metallica’s Black record yet. Wait until we do that. It’s over, dude.

We’re going to overtake any band that sells out soccer arenas in Europe. We’re going to do it. We’re the last chance as far as the world goes.”

It depends.If he is talking about commercial success,it is possible,since both Slipknot and metallica are already too mainstream.But if he is talking about quality,so they are already bigger than metallica,everyone is bigger than metallica,because metallica are sold outs and don't release anything good since the black album.

I think they are talking about Mettallica at there best, since they are talking about the Black album and I doubt that they can ever come out with something as good as that.

thats my favorite so far i love Dead Memories and Psychosocial. but i kinda dont know what the 11th songs name is my friend Carlos burned the cd for me and yeah so no names for me to see i have to ask tomorrow.>^_^< im in love with that song.

@ Crani and Acidreptile: Crani idk if Slipknot will make one that is better but personally i think Slipknot has surpassed Metallica, I mean i like both bands, but in quality Slipknot has surpassed them and in the matter of fans holy geeze x.x, Slipknot kind of had Metallica beat but Like Acid has said every thing after the Black ablum it sucks...
