You get it done the same way you get any other surface piercing, You clamp some of your Skin and stick a needle through it. But that's just basics, I mean When I got my neck pierced They didn't randomly pinch some skin, You have to carefull of muscle groupings, Veins, nerves, and pull points. But yeah, Don't do surface piercings at home. *obvious, but you can never say it to much*
