Well just like the American music industry, bands come and go and/or they sellout and lose their fanbase.

Well, most of the bands that I just named still had a decently large fanbase when they disbanded. That's why I'm like "Nooo!!"

I've only heard of one of those bands...so they can't be that huge.

Hmm...well, most of them I thought were pretty popular bands. Malice Mizer, Phantasmagoria, BlOOD, Due le Quartz (Miyavi's first band), and Lareine. They were popular mostly in the 90s though. Well, Malice Mizer, Due le Quartz, Aucifer, and Lareine anyway.

I love BLOOD I am so sad they are disbanding I am just so happy I got to see them live the in Australia last year. They were the first big Visual Kei band to come to Australia so I love them lots.

As for Malice Mizer I love them loads too and from what I have been reading they disbanded after Gackt was kicked out and they wanted to disband then but Gackt made them not but I guess they couldnt handle it anymore and just decided to end it the few years later.

Aww I'm so jealous. I wish I had seen BLOOD live, but it's too late now. They were a truly amazing band though and they will be missed.

That's not really surprising about Malice Mizer. They were INCREDIBLE though. Like...wow. It's too bad.
