Well Myv posted a new blog and Co-Miyavi Worldwide translated Myv's Japanese one, and poor Melody had to be in labor for 20 hours! Ouch! Of course it's her first child so that's to be expected, but still! There's no picture or name released for baby girl Myv.

Yeah, long labor...hard work:P I'm really excited for him to post a picture, and her name. I so had a feeling that it was going to be a girl. I just can't imagine Miyavi as a father in later years though..I wonder if he'll still be as hyper. He'll have to be beating off her boyfriends, haha..that's such a funny thought.

Myv'll prolly be real protective of his daughter but he'll prolly spoil her a whole bunch too. He said on his blog he can't believe he's a dad but he can believe that she's his baby girl. He's gonna be a great daddy.

I converted the grams to pounds and got this.
6 lb and 13.70 oz

I still find it odd that it took nearly a day. for me it was not more than 5 hours.

@ Nan.... we just need to be patient.

My mom was in labour for 16 hours with me -if not more-, from what I can remember. So I don't think it's that unusual.

Omg, but photos. Ihh! I so badly wanna see her. *_*
Can u guys imagine the amounts of baby-slippers, suits and baby stuff in general that people will send him now? :''D

Wow, yeah, they are going to be drowning in baby presents!

I was asking my mum cause it seemed like a long time to me..But she said it depends on what you consider labor and how the baby is positioned, etc.....Like if they're talking about when you first start getting contractions, that's pretty normal...like 24 hours for me to be born i think...
