I actually lightened my hair using box color from Target. You can try that and save a lot. just leave it on a little longer than the instructions say

the pink worked REALLY well, as well as the purple

. And if dying doesn't work, you might have to go to a salon to get it lightened *not bleached*.

The brand is "Beyond the Zone" for the different colors.

I have the color stuff from hot topic. It washes out too fast for my taste.

"Beyond the zone" you say... must go look it up. I'm trying to put hide red in my hair for this.
