I don't listen to Laruku nor the vocalist himself...but Hyde has got the best voice of all popular singers. Like seriously.

Hizumi (D'espairs Ray)
Kyo (Dir en grey)
Gackt
..and, maybe Kamijo, since he's in Versailles, his voice sounds kind of different, and much better (well, that's my opinion)
