Need your help to recognise a song. I think it's japanese

Hello, friends! I created this account because I need your help! I have a record with a very bad quality and i need to find this song! I googled lyrics, but all I found were just abandonded forums with people were searching for this song. Shazam and other services don't help me.

I think this song is japanese because of style and sound, but i'm not sure.

I think my dad has this song in his Rock music collection.

This is not Japanese band! It is American rock band, I will ask my dad for the name.

Hi! Im searhing for a song, that i heard in the Heroes reborn serie, in the first episode called Brave new world in 16:32. Just a few secs can heard from the song, but im sure it is a jpop/rock song. i tried almost anything to find that song, but i wasnt succesfull. If u can help me, it would be appriciated.
