If you would see such necessity as a waste of time (note the "if" in the beginning of this sentence), then your motivation of entering a discussion may (and most probably is) unwelcome.

Wow.
Just wow.
It was an opinion. An opinion is an opinion. I'm going to give my unlogical opinion everywhere I go, like 99 percent of population.
Why? Because I can. I can enter a discussion anyway I please.
I'm not looking to sound like some philosopher.
I'd much rather say what I want. If someone chooses to have a problem with it then it's up to them.

It is very funny the way that innocent thread became suddenly a huge debate.

Umm... did i say something about not speaking about your opinions? Where?
I did say statement, not opinion. I hope you know the difference between these two.
I also did not say anything about the way you enter a discussion, only about way it is held. I.e. throwing out fallacious "statements" (not opinions) (and i am not referring to your comment about hockey) is not part of a conversation anymore, but a rather a kindergarten-ish argy-bargy.
I love to sound like a philosopher, but not like some philosopher, i have to agree on that one...
No one is keeping you back from speaking your mind, yet well... a spoken word, just as any action, has counteraction/consequences...

Now that's what i call a hell-of-a derail... damn it X)

All I can say is a statement about a topic that has obvious extremes towards like and dislike should be obvious that it's opinionated and not pressing a fact.
Butttt I'm tired and I have to wake up at 4:30am so night.

And democracy should be about the ability of citizens to make decisions regarding the fate of their country and themselves in the most direct way possible, but could you show me a single place on our planet where that actually works? There are a lot of things that should be, but are not...
And this thread should be about basketball in Japan, while it obviously has deviated from the original topic X)
So i'll be glad to use your absence as a excuse for ending this infertile discussion

Damn my insufficient knowledge of Japanese language... can't read the site >_<
So could you please tell me this:

How many teams participate in JBL?
Do they draft players from other countries as well?
Is there a womens basketball league in Japan?
fristly, you hvae next to no chance of working in Japan as a basketball coach without knowing Japanese... so get studying.

Q1. 8 teams participate. there are smaller leagues below this, so there are many organised teams.
Q2. yes they do, below is evidence:
http://www.toyota.co.jp/company/even...ber/index.html
Q3. yes there is, below is evidence:
三菱電機コアラーズ公式サイト

i think your dream is going to be very hard to achieve. but good luck, with enough drive you may just get there.

at first, I didn't guess that might be turn to a huge debate of a simple question i was very suprised and happy When i was look at the total number(31 ) answers of topic... because i was waiting for answers which interested in my question at least or something but i saw that most of questions just fiddle-faddle things...no offense but we are really care of your ideas even than you. Namely, why do we debate in vain? we can a solution to our problems rain or shine... we have already know, haven't we? let's focusing to the topic, now and share our ideas...
