No, I mean I am a samurai!
There are only 3 left, and I am only in training, but just because there are very few, doesn't mean no one else can become a samurai.
Kendo is kinda fun, just not as hard nor harsh as the samurai.
Just because your not Japanese doesn't mean you can't be a soldier of Japan.
Thats what samurai are.
Trust me dude, I study about these things 24/7.
Anyone can be a samurai, as long as they devote themselves to Japan and are willing to follow there ways.

Dude, you gotta be really athletic.
You can't be a lazy sack of meat and do nothing, you'll get rusty and then eventually suck worse, from not doing it in so long.
You gotta get in shape and stay there.
Do 50 situps, 30 pushups, run about a mile, and train your butt off.
Thats what I did/do.
It actually gets relly easy.

Foreword:
Right... Excessum is very enthusiastic and takes every opportunity to try something new, but, unfortunately, he gets bored very fast and quits it...

So he has been in-to Aikido for around a year, but was kicked out because he started to hit on his very very strict Sensei's beloved daughter. Then he moved on to something more aggressive... Take van do (sorry for the spelling in case it is not correct) and karate (after a unpleasant accident he got himslef in-to while sparring he had to hold back from martial arts for almost a year) and finally after a while he tried fighting "without rules" or "street fighting" out of which he was banned for using aikido weak-spot techniques and gave up on martial arts for a year... now he is looking forward to return on training and wants to try K-1... Wish him good luck as he will need it

'K guys, what about you?

im not lazy, and i doubt that anything is as hard as training as an actual samurai (just wondering... are you willing to do that self killing thing? no offense intended; just curious) but i can't do 50 situps in 4 or 5 minutes (according to gym class) and i can only do about 18 pushups, and i cannot run fast... but I mainly just want to learn how to use weapons properly. not that fancy running on the walls or stuff like that.
