FWD= failz at keeping sideways. its possible but requires alot of skill speed and alot of balls.

basicly physics says RWD>FWD when talking about "drifting" other wise FWD does have its advantages in other race events such as autocross or drag (highly controversal)

FWD FTL

I don't think I can go back to driving a fwd car. My Tiburon was only putting down about 185 whp, I had a really tough time getting traction on launches, and the torque steer was horrible. A limited-slip diff would have helped, but it would still be weak compared to rwd or awd.

Hey typesblur, what year is your Z? I used to have an 84 2+2 auto Funny how I used to think it was fast when I first got my license lol

I think that for drifting the best choise is a 4WD... obviously with the transmission changed and adapted for this use.
With RWD is really easy to make the car slide, but if you are not fast and reactive with steering wheel (and when you are too fast) is really hard to exit the curve without going in 360°...
with FWD I've never tried...

it was a 86T 5 speed. i did alot of engine work to it and had it runnin pretty good till i blew the tranny goin up a hill

mine would run mid 13's on the quarter. now i have another 80's car im setting up for drift. and with some suspension changes should run around 12.8 on the quarter.

I know the white car is definately an S14, but what is the black one? I think it's a Nissan Cefiro, but I'm not too sure.
