In fact most of the ENGLISH media will tell you that actually the English team were terrible and that Germany deserved to win. But you are entitled to your OWN opinion.

In fact here is an article in the New Zealand media which is about how the loss was handled in the British media.

I guess there are a lot of people that apparently "don't know sh*t about football". Funny how they have jobs requiring them to write about it and you dont

Yes, because you know me and what I do.

Anyway, let's move on. I agree to disagree with you and those "professionals".

Edit: Paraguay vs Japan | Spain vs Portugal

My bets (betandwin) are on Paraguay and Spain. But obviously you never know...

Dude, obviously you don't know Britain and British Media when it comes to football. When England drew with USA and Algeria, it was treated as though they got spanked by a country that had 50 people and this is the first time they had ever played football! In England, expectations in football are ridiculous! I mean, what kind of fans boo their player when they draw against Algeria? If England had half the support the US team go from their fans, I'm sure they would have played a lot further! I met some American fans here in Paris, and it was heavenly; Even if they didn't follow football that much, they were so proud of the US. English fans need to learn something from their cousins, but anyway...

And JasonTakeshi, is right! England WERE outplaying Germany in the sense that they had more possession and more opportunities. That doesn't mean however that England were the better team, because a perfect example was the match Barcelona vs Inter Milan a while ago. Barcelona were outplaying Inter by miles, but Inters tactic was to defend and counter attack, much like Germany did.

So in short, British media is absolute bollocks when it comes to football, and so are English fans in general and when someone says a team is outplaying another team, it doesn't necessarily mean they were the better team. It just simply means they were creating more chances etc.

Too hard but sad to lose in Penalty, but you showed a strong fighting will throughout the match. you got the respect. Yre not fighting alone, all the yellow, all the Asia are on your side!

They've played a very nice match, they could have won, but there can only be one winner...
