A DS game you should definitely buy on release is spectrobes, looks amazing and has alot of unique elements about the game play, if you like anime/manga, this game has its similaritys to it and i like that, cant wait for it.

nintendo DS is really cool. i like the original better than the lite version and i have a blue one
mario kart DS is a very good game, and so is mario and luigi: partners in time
big brain academy is also good but can be VERY frustrating haha

these game are the best in ds gaming system in my opinion ....its a good way to strt if ur planing on getting on a ds .......Q .....any body knows anything about death note: kira game the 1 that well be relased in feb.

I have one of the original DSes, its cobalt blue like my GBA SP was. I like it, it's nice. The DS Lite looks pretty sweet but there's nothing wrong with the one I have, so ;x I ended up with a Japanese copy of Pokemon Pearl recently that's had me quite addicted. It's helped my reading skills a bit looking at the dialgoue...though just because I could read the kana doesn't mean I understood a whole lot xD Anyways yesh, I love my DS. D:

damn havent been on in a while

not sure about other rpgs except pokemon and spectrobes , neither of these are out yet, one that is, final fantasy, but spectrobes is new compared to the others so ill buy it first i think.

Seeing as this is a JAPAN forum, I thought I'd return this DS talk to talk about Japan

I'll be in Japan soon and I was considering buying a DS while I'm out there. I have a couple of questions:

1) How much is a DS in Japan?

2) How much are games in Japan?

3) Are DS games in Japan all in Japanese or are they multi-language?

4) Are there any other issues I should bear in mind before I buy a DS in Japan (compatibility, etc)
