well the best FF game i think is final fantasy x[10]it has awsome fmv and cool 3D graphics id recomend this game to anyone with a PS2 also another good game is FFXII not ten part 2 but 12 it has good gameplay and awsome 3D graphics and it has awsome looking wepons 2 and monsters =D

Well while you are right about the graphics being nice, thats not what makes the game great. My personal fav Final Fantasy was 6. Terra, Kefka, Setzer FTW =P

I just got Crisis Core yesterday and have been playing it a bit. I'm really liking how the story unfolds and how it adds to what little you're given about Cloud's true past in FF7/FFAC. Though... Not that far into the game at all. Only just encountered Genesis.

I loved the story of XII, but I hardly got to know the characters at all, and I hated Ashe, who I actually got to know a little.

If your talking about the Junction system from VIII, I hated it. It was the worst out of all FF battle systems. The best was VII's with the materia.
