Final Fantasy -

I was in shock when I heard that FFVII Crisis Core was FINALLY coming out in the US. Too bad it's only for the PSP. Did you hear about the new system that their using for it? "Instead of turn-based combat where you pick and choose spells and special attacks, Crisis Core will feature a new D. M. W. ( Digital Mind Wave) system. The core combat is action-based and you'll still be able to cast spells manually, but summons, limit breaks, and even leveling up will ALL be determined by chance." (REFERENCE: PlayStation The Official Magazine) That was kind of a turn off (but you get items that will help you turn the tables your way.) But other than that it looks like its a fun game, not to mention it's set 7 years before FFVII and tells background on a lot of people. So over all I would buy it ( if I had a PSP haha), it looks pretty freakin cool.
By the way the game will be available on March 25, 2008 |

But to despair was to wish back for something already lost. Or to prolong what was already unbearable. |

I just defeated Kraken, so now the dark world is all floating again....
anyway so just for advice, can anyone tell me what I should expect? I mean, not storyline of course but in terms of damage and what characters are going to be useful? I don't like using strategy guides online because I think in a way it blocks your personal potential to play the game at free will. Like, I had no idea kraken was proned to light attacks because i didnt use a scholar but my characters are pretty leveled so it wasnt a problem. My party right now is Knight, Dark knight, geomancer, and dragoon. I'm going for melee attackers, assuming because last event was all magic proned. My characters aren't that high level in any one job because I like to explore, but I'm thinking of keeping Luneth's job at Knight for a while. [I just love that blood sword! haha] "hey souljah boy, can i.... YAHH TRICK YAHHH!!!!!" |
