There are a few new ones but, most are returning from previous games, but needless to say, 31 or 43 characters in a fighting game is a good number..It plays a bit like 5, not exactly, because of the new "bound" system, that makes those 50% juggles you see happen =/

Dead or Alive is a much much better fighter. The counter system on DoA is far more advanced than that of Tekken, makes for much smoother play, and involves quite a bit more strategy.

Definitely DoA for best fighter.

Now, here's a debate that I like.

I have to vouche for Virtua Fighter 5 for best fighter.

DoA's counter system is exactly what turns the game off to people and makes it too complicated with how much damage you get off just a lucky high-counter..

I totally agree on this one ~ actually, DoA's counter system is what turns me off for this game also.

Tekken is not my cup of tea. i've seen ppl play it in tourneys and I found it boring, but that's just me. I love Street Fighter 4 though, I main Ryu.

I just looked at a handful of 360 and PS3 games and they were all 720P

Yeah, that's the problem.


Why not utilize 1080p? -_- They keep releasing game demos in 1080p but the actual game is a depressing 720p, with the exception of a few games.

I am assuming it is for frame-rates...but you would think the cutscenes could be 1080p.

To be honest, I am not sure I would be able to see the difference...
