Can you think of any games not to pay? I don't really have any crappy games to name because I never run into a crappy game. Oh yeah, Resident Evil outbreak is BAD! You can't do anything and the enemies come back every time you enter an area. I can't think of any more.

The only one that comes immediately to mind is
Orphen: Scion of Sorcery (PS2). It's not a horrible game, but it's not great. Basically, it's a game that takes place either in or after the first series of Orphen, the anime. The main character, whose name is Orphen, is a prodigy sorcerer who has adventures with Cleo, an annoying spoiled brat and Magik, his so-called apprentice. The in-game graphics aren't spectacular; Orphen's magic tends to look rather cheesy, and the monsters he fights are poorly animated (in my opinion). I never played it long enough to see any FMVs - I don't even know if there were any. Quite frankly, I got bored with it ^_^ It didn't enthrall me in the slightest, despite the fact that I liked both Orphen anime series.
Since I own it, I may play it eventually and give it a second chance, but it didn't make a lasting impression, so I wouldn't recommend buying it.
