How do you play video games?

definetely can agree with her on this one.. if the game is not worth running through the first time.. theres really no point in trying again to do the real fun of it, to find out EVERYTHING these people have to offer

myself.. as stated in avatar.. im way too addicted to d2.. i just beat it on normal and running through again on nightmare. its not an insanely confusing game, but has enough stat collecting to give it a little more death than most dungeon crawlers nowadays have to offer

When I look at games like Final fantasy, I play like Himechan. First time I go straight from start to end, focus on the story. 2nd time around ill try to find all the small thingies. In those games you usually come to a point where you finally get acces to ALL areas and the fastest transportation device, where all shops offer the best items in the game (for example in FF7 its DISC 3 when you are supposed to head into the Northern Cavern and slay Sephi). I try to find that point the first time through, and go up till there during my 2nd run through and spend time seaching around the entire world for "extra's and sidequests". 3rd time around I use a walkthrough . I usually play final fantasy games from start to finish around 10-15 times before I get bored..(with FF7 I never got bored hehehehe, played that from start to finish untill the cd's became to messed up to play..I've never managed to get ALL extra's (like FFX's ultimate weapons) without using a walkthrough ...I just suck eheheh

The way I play video games is depending what the game is about. I take my time trying to understand what the game is about.

Depends on how much I enjoy the game really, but no matter what I never use cheats or walkthroughs like my brother does.

I only use walkthroughs if I don't fully understand the game to well and I get lose or something.

Well I never had patience to search much for hidden things and Easter eggs,so I guess I go straight to the point!

usually in rpg games when i DONT feel lazy i would go for all the secrets etc. and if i dun feel like it like i'm just playing the game for teh 2nd time or more then i'd just go straight to the point

It bugs me alot if I have completed the game only 99% and in the end I can't seem to find the last 1%. That's like killing me always. lol.

I only use walkthroughs if I know there are things I'll probably never be able to get, am too bored to get, or am too lazy to get!
