Does anyone know the name of this doll that I saw? -

I was in Japan...and I saw this...it's a small doll....his head is very white and round...it's made out of yarn....he is dressed up in a lot of differnet costumes...I think some of these dolls were actually keychains
I forgot the name of it.....I think it's Madawari or something. I'm 90% sure it ends with "wari" ...and I'm pretty sure it starts with an M.
