English Speaker Looking For Japanese Language Exchange -

Hello to everyone who reads this post!!!
I am trying to learn Japanese on my own, and I am finding it very difficult. Currently, I am learning the Hiragana characters and sounds. I would really like it if there were someone I could write to, who would also write to me in the Japanese language, so that I would not only be memorizing the characters and words, but using them as well. If there is anyone out there who would be willing to help me, I would appreciate it very much. I do not want to be "That American" who goes to Japan and asks, "Do you speak English?" because they are too lazy and rude to learn another countries language. Thank you for reading. James
