Studying abroad in Japan -

Okay, I'm not sure if this topic goes hear or in the Traveling in japan subforum. but here we go.
My mom is wanting me to go out into the world and experiance it for what it is. i told her i wanted to study art in japan. and she came into my room telling me that she could help fund it IF i could find a program acredited with the company that can help fund this. would any one know of any programs that could allow me to learn art and the Japanese language all in one?
