I suggest you search the threads here then for some good recommendations of textbooks, and if you have questions post them in the learning Japanese questions thread. I doubt you will find somebody here willing to be your personal online tutor, I am sure that is something you would have to pay for.

And sign up for Hiragana and Katakana courses. Then try the Japanese Core 2000 Step 1 to 10, followed by Core 6000. You should be able to pass the vocabulary section of JLPT 2 by then. 6000 words in total.
