Help. Want to learn more Japanese.

I've been studying Japanese for awhile. I can carry on a bit of conversation but I want to learn more and studying by myself is too hard. I would like help. Either someone who is learning Japanese and wants to study with me or someone who knows Japanese and would like to teach me. Will exchange English to Japanese teacher as well.
